Furukawa FITEL (Thailand) Co., Ltd. considers security trade control to be one of its most important responsibilities, which operates under both domestic and international laws including regulations that make up the international framework on security trade control (the export control regime).
Therefore, the company has set the Export Control Policy to be used as follows
1. Improve and strengthen our management systems for cargoes and technologies that can be converted to any purpose connected with chemical, biological of nuclear weapons or missiles capable of delivering such weapons uses. And/or military-related including the national guard and national police, government intelligence or reconnaissance organizations, or any person or entity whose actions or functions are intended to support military end uses.
2. In exporting products, providing technology and all products exported from the company, we conduct transaction screenings based on our Security Trade Control Regulations to ensure compliance with relevant both Domestic and International legislation and are careful to prevent circumvent to countries of concern.
3. We have no involvement in any kind of product handling activities, exporting products, providing technology, including all products that are exported from the company to be used for any purpose related to chemical, biological, nuclear weapons or missiles capable of delivering such weapons uses. And/or military-related including the national guard and national police, government intelligence or reconnaissance organizations, or any person or entity whose actions or functions are intended to support military end uses.
4. Campaign to raise awareness, train and organize activities to promote Export Control conservation participation and awareness of the importance of employees.
5. Communicate policy, objective, plan, performance, significant Export Control issues to stakeholders.
